This course is designed to assist the Residential real estate professional understand the concept of risk management and review several areas of law commonly encountered by agents such as RESPA, the Chesapeake Bay Act, Flood Hazard Areas, Environmental Laws, Anti-Trust, and Mold.
The real estate professional will gain an insight as to how these laws affect their clients and how best to advise the clients in order to remain within the law and not risk liability on their own behalf or on behalf of their client.
