This presentation explains the short sale process for listings agents representing a seller throughout the transaction. This class’s main focus will be on defining what a short sale is, how to handle the listing appointment and what the short sale negotiation will look like from the listing agent’s perspective. Moreover, this class will provide examples of short sales, their downfalls and avoiding them, and their benefits.

The Flood Hazard Areas and National flood insurance program will be covered in this legal class.
